These are the writers, doctors, politicians, songwriters, truck drivers and activists that spoke out when it would be safer to keep silent. They suffered ridicule, cancellation, loss of employment and even had their bank accounts frozen. One day streets and libraries will be named after them. These are the people I trust and admire.

Jody Wilson-Raybould and Jane Philpott
In 2018 Minister of Justice and Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould was pressured by Gerald Butts, Trudeau’s Prinicipal Secretary and Micheal Wernick, Clerk of the Privy Council to offer SNC-Lavalin a deferred prosecution agreement rather than continue to pursue criminal prosecution. She didn’t yield to the pressure. Subsequently she lost her position and became Minister of Veteran Affairs. On February 9, 2019 The Globe and Mail published an article about this affair. Four days later, Ethics Commissioner Dion announced he would investigate the allegations. Wilson-Raybould resigned from cabinet later that day. Gerald Butts resigned too. Jane Philpott, a Liberal cabinet minister resigned her position in protest over the way the affair was handled. After the hearings Micheal Wernick resigned. In April, Trudeau expelled Wilson-Raybould and Philpott from the Liberal caucus.

In April 2021 he went public with a strong warning that the Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine had caused injuries in many of the 900 patients he had administered it to in his native American community.
As a result, his hospital practice was suspended by the local health authority, Bonnie Henry. In a curious turn of events, his entire community of Lytton, British Columbia, burned to the ground in July 2021 and he lost his medical practice and his patient’s records.

Dr. Bryan Bridle explained how he has been slandered, harassed, and attacked with fake social media accounts put up in his name… His career has been destroyed for speaking out.
Dr. Patrick Phillips stated that due to the lockdowns: “I’ve never seen so many suicidal children.” He also related how on April 30th the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario came out with a very “chilling statement,” basically stating that only approved COVID measures could be discussed with patients…Basically they just want people to die. That’s the apparent goal.

The Freedom Convoy in January of 2022 was a protest convoy of truckers to Ottawa. It was possibly the world’s largest ever convoy with hundreds of truckers participating. The movement quickly expanded to protest all COVID-19 restrictions and mandates. In Ottawa thousands of pedestrains joined the protest. Using powers granted under the Emergencies Act the country’s banks and other financial institutions were ordered to freeze the accounts of people who are “directly or indirectly” associated with the demonstrations on Feb 17th. From the third week of February, law enforcement in Ottawa arrested 191 individuals when it started clearing the protest. It issued 391 charges, including mischief and obstructing police. If you consider the amount of donations, 9 million US in Go Fund Me and over one million in Give Send Go and the crowds of people along the highway cheering on the truckers as they passed by it’s obvious that this protest had the support of the Canadian people. To end the protest Trudeau just had to end the lockdown but he wouldn’t do it.
