Are the Reptilians subject to the same cycle of karma and reincarnation that humans are?
The Reptilian manipulators are naturally caught in the same cycle, but it seems they have no desire to escape it. They are so consumed by service-to-self, control, and fear, and nothing else matters to them, certainly not ‘spiritual’ advancement. They know their way around these lower realms of density and live in embodiment far longer than the humans they have condemned to very short ‘physical’ lifetimes. They have a fundamental interest in keeping as many souls as possible locked in the reincarnation cycle that produces their energetic food source.
So not only do these sadists imprison us in the left hemisphere, torture us in various ways they also seek to insure our reincarnation by their creation of the false religions so they can do it over and over again. I say enough is enough!
Two other wonderful right brain qualities are empathy and telepathy.
Another aspect to emphasize is that the right-brain is a great source of what we call ‘empathy’ – something the renegade Reptilians and their bloodlines don’t have. The right-brain connects us to ‘Oneness’ and, through that, a connection to each other via that ‘unified field’. The left-brain sees everything as apart from everything else – it perceives division, not unity – and thus it does not have the same empathetic connection to others and their plight. It is also through the right-brain that we have the ability for powerful communication through telepathy. Once the right-brain was suppressed, so was our ability to communicate telepathically in the way we could before, and left-brain language took over.
Mankind is controlled by the moon matrix through the reptilian brain.
When we are entrapped by Mind and tuned to the Moon Matrix via the reptilian brain, our perception is dictated by the reptilian hive mind. We are little more than computer terminals. Scientists say the reptilian brain represents a core of the nervous system and from this come character traits like aggressive, cold-blooded and ritualistic behaviour; a desire for control, power and ownership – ‘territoriality’; might is right; social hierarchies; and ‘primitive emotional responses’. At least five human behaviours originate in the reptilian brain: obsessive compulsive behaviour; personal day-to-day rituals and superstitious acts; slavish conformance to oldways of doing things; ceremonial re-enactments; obeisance to precedent, as in legal, religious, cultural, and other matters and all manner of deceptions. Cosmologist, Carl Sagan, wrote in The Dragons of Eden: ‘It does no good whatsoever to ignore the reptilian component of human nature, particularly our ritualistic and hierarchical behaviour. On the contrary, the model may help us understand what human beings are really about.’ The reptilian brain is home to the body’s reactive emotions and survival responses. When we react to danger by fleeing, fighting or freezing (what psychologists call ‘fight or flight’) this is the reptilian brain at work. It is constantly scanning its environment for possible dangers and reacting accordingly. When it thinks it can defeat the perceived danger it will fight; when it decides that it can’t, it runs; and it can also choose to freeze the body – ‘frozen with fear’. When the reptilian brain kicks in it overpowers the thought processes of the neocortex through emotional responses based on fear of not surviving. This is when we talk about people ‘losing their heads’ or ‘not thinking straight’. They lose their head to the reptilian brain which scrambles calm, considered thought.
The reptilian brain also sees ‘survival’ as protecting status, power, reputation, superiority, intellectual pre-eminence, sense of self – the list is endless. When scientists, historians and religious advocates aggressively or dismissively reject new information or views that would demolish their rigid beliefs they have activated the reptilian brain, or, rather, the reptilian brain has activated them. Their survival mechanism has kicked in. So many people glean a sense of security from having a fixed view of ‘the way things are’ and we see this in religion, science, politics, ‘education’, medicine – the whole lot. When these status quos are challenged in any way the reptilian brain reads this as a danger that must be vanquished by either crushing the perceived ‘opponent’ (as with religious and scientific persecution) or by ignoring new insights and behaving as if they don’t exist. The reptilian brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined; it just reacts, and it can do so with lightening speed. It is not burdened by having to think things through. The reaction and the consequences can be a done deal before calm consideration has even begun to calmly consider. The reptilian brain also regulates breathing (hence it changes when we are in fear or are highly emotional); digestion (hence ‘nervous stomach’); elimination of waste (hence ‘scared shitless’); circulation and temperature (both fundamentally affected by fear, danger and emotion); movement, posture and balance (thus you can read someone’s emotional state by their body language). The way the world is structured as pyramid-within-pyramid hierarchies is classic reptilian brain and Reptilian mentality, as is the way billions of people subordinate themselves to hierarchy and ‘know their place’. When an authority figure, like a ‘boss’, walks into a room, or calls someone to his or her office, most people have an emotional reaction that relates, mildly or strongly, to fear.

This reminds me I should take another look at the breathing exercises in the book I have, Essential Kundalini Yoga by Karena Virginia and Dharm Khalsa.
Ecke has this to say about the effect of fluoride on the pineal gland and hypothalamus glands,
The pineal gland is activated by light and controls the body’s biorhythms in concert with the hypothalamus gland which regulates hunger, thirst, sexual desire and the biological clock that dictates how fast we age. Look at the potential for mass control if you can externally suppress and manipulate the pineal and hypothalamus glands alone. You can make it much harder to perceive beyond the five senses, decide how quickly people age, how much they want sex, when they are hungry and thirsty and for how long. This is the key reason for putting sodium fluoride into water supplies and toothpaste. The pineal gland absorbs more fluoride than any other part of the body and becomes calcified by this highly-damaging toxin. Sodium fluoride is an appalling waste product of the aluminium industry and has been used in rat poison. It causes cancer, genetic damage, Alzheimer’s disease, disrupts the endocrine system and dumbs down the brain. It was added to drinking water in the Nazi concentration camps to make the inmates more acquiescent and docile. About two-thirds of American drinking water is fluoridated and it is increasing around the world despite the evidence that (a) it does nothing to protect teeth and (b) it can seriously damage the body, including the teeth!

Dr Gordon J F MacDonald, a professor of geophysics at the University of California, told the House Subcommittee on Oceans and International Environment back in 1972: The basic notion … was to create between the electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere and conducting layers of the surface of the Earth this neutral cavity, to create waves, electrical waves that would be tuned to the brainwaves … about ten cycles per second … you can produce changes in behavioural patterns or in responses.
The movie They Live available for free on Bitchute.com is in many ways true to the reality Icke describes.
The theme of They Live is of an extraterrestrial race that had taken over the world by hiding behind human form. It is set about now amid a devastating economic depression with large numbers of unemployed and homeless people living in tents or corrugated shelters wherever they could find wasteland. Draconian laws are brutally enforced by a police state. Members of a resistance movement have realised who the real controllers are and they develop special ‘sunglasses’ that allow them to see the extraterrestrials behind their apparent human bodies. The glasses also reveal the subliminal messages in advertisements and the media that would not otherwise be seen. These messages include ‘obey’, ‘no independent thought’, ‘stay sleep’, ‘do not question authority’, ‘no imagination’, ‘conform’ and ‘consume’. The subliminal message ‘This is your God’ is embedded in money. The extraterrestrials work with a human ‘elite’ in underground facilities where the manipulation of the surface population is orchestrated and we see people being transported, or teleported, from the underground location to other planets. The main character in the movie eventually discovers that some kind of signal is being broadcast that is stopping the human population from seeing their extraterrestrial controllers and it holds them in a kind of trance that blocks out most of what there is to see. This signal is being broadcast from a television station tower block in They Live, but in our world it is being broadcast from the Moon.
In David Icke’s book there is an added bonus in the form of the fantastic art work in the NEIL HAGUE GALLERY.
I find it very interesting that David and Neil symbolize the Truth vibrations as a lion because James Gilliland uses the face of a lion as part of his logo. When Corey Goode was bothered by some shadow beings he called James who sent lion beings to chase them away.
In the book The Lion People channelled by Murray Hope I found this description of this race who come from a planet near Sirius.
“Our race evolved from a specific cosmic impulse which produces a specific evolutionary strain or genotype. This primary impulse formulated the genetic code that shaped us in the species that we ultimately became. For your visualisation, the nearest description would be a feline genus appearing as a cross between one of your domestic cat and the lion family, but are features are more refined. Our jaws are less elongated and are ears less rounded than your lions. We stand erect on two legs as tall or taller than yourselves, our bodies having been adapted to this posture over a long period of time. The males of are species are manned, but not our females. Our paws have also evolved to a more useful shape over long periods of adaptation. In answer to the question I see forming in your mind, yes we do have tails.

And let’s not forget the feline like creatures on James Cameron’s movie Avatar. The film is set in the mid-22nd century when humans are colonizing Pandora, a lush habitable moon of a gas giant in the Alpha Centauri star system, in order to mine the mineral unobtanium,[10][11] a room-temperature superconductor.[12] The expansion of the mining colony threatens the continued existence of a local tribe of Na’vi – a humanoid species indigenous to Pandora. The film’s title refers to a genetically engineered Na’vi body operated from the brain of a remotely located human that is used to interact with the natives of Pandora.[13] Wikipedia
In the next eight chapters Ecke calls Game Plan one through eight with the following tiles, Destroying Health, The Cull, War on Mind and Body, Different Masks-Same Face, World Everything, Assault on Freedom, Stealing the Children and The Useful Idiots.
This statement is a good summary of these eight chapters.
But when you understand the game, you can see that human society is like it is for a reason – the enslavement of the many by the tiny few. The world may appear to be demented, and indeed the renegade Reptilians are demented, but there is a method in their madness. Things are as they are because of the outcome the Reptilians are seeking. Writer Michael Ellner summed up the human experience with this great quote:
“Just look at us. Everything is backwards; everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the major media destroy information and religions destroy spirituality.”

Mainstream ‘Big Pharma’ medicine is a grotesque cesspit of corruption and self-interest made even worse by the extraordinary levels of ignorance and incompetence among those who are paid outrageous sums to be ‘medical experts’. Control of the medical schools and governing bodies, and the brutal policing of any practitioners who challenge the ‘norms’, means that mainstream doctors don’t even know what the human body is and how it really works, let alone how to treat it. They just know what they are told to know and they are jumped on immediately if they try to expand their knowledge and act upon it in the way they treat their patients. Doctors daily kill and maim on a monumental scale worldwide. How insane that doctors are the third biggest cause of death in America after heart disease and cancer with upwards of a quarter of a million people dying in US hospitals every year from unnecessary surgery, medication and other errors, the effects of the drugs given to ‘help’ them, and infections picked up in hospital. A study in 2009 revealed that more people die because of prescription ‘painkillers’ than the combined total of those who die from the effects of heroin and cocaine…
Big Pharma has no desire to cure cancer when it is making unthinkable fortunes from treating the symptoms with devastating drugs and cell-killing, people-killing poisons like chemotherapy. But it is not primarily even about money. The bloodline families want people to suffer and die earlier than necessary as a way of culling the population. This is why when anyone outside the Big Pharma cabal discovers an effective way of treating cancer they are immediately targeted by the medical establishment and government agencies.
The Cull works like this.
Unlike most other patented products, the market for mandated childhood vaccines is created not by consumer demand, but by the recommendation of an appointed body called the ACIP. In a single vote, ACIP can create a commercial market for a new vaccine that is worth hundreds of millions of dollars in a matter of months.
The Bill and Belinda Gates Foundation, which is a major funder of vaccination programmes in the ‘Third World’, has given multi-millions to to Planned Parenthood (Bill Gates’ father was a leading member of its board) and other ‘population control’ organisations, while CNN founder, Ted Turner, has donated massively to population reduction ‘causes’. He said that a 95 per cent decline in the world population to between 250 and 300 million ‘would be ideal’.
Austrian journalist, Jane Bürgermeister, announced in 2009 that she had filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations, Barack Obama, David Rothschild, David Rockefeller, George Soros and many others over a plot she uncovered to cull the population with a deadly vaccine. She said that bird flu and swine flu had been developed in laboratories and released to the public with the aim of mass murder through vaccination. Her filed document was called ‘Bioterrorism Evidence’: It said: There is evidence that an international corporate criminal syndicate, which has annexed high government office at Federal and State level, is intent on carrying out a mass genocide against the people of the United States by using an artificial (genetic) flu pandemic virus and forced vaccine program to cause mass death and injury and depopulate America in order to transfer control of the United States to the United Nations and affiliated security forces (UN troops from countries such as China, Canada, the UK and Mexico).
She said that the swine flu virus was created and released with help from the Rothschild/Rockefeller-controlled World Health Organization, which then claimed it was spreading so fast that a pandemic had to be declared. This was not the case. It was just an excuse to justify the pandemic declaration which automatically triggers a range of new powers for the Rothschild-Rockefeller World Health Organization (Fig 243). The idea was to have compulsory vaccination for the manufactured ‘pandemic’ and kill people on a vast scale over the shorter and longer term through immune-system destruction and other means. Bürgermeister was supported in her claims by investigative journalist, Wayne Madsen, a former naval officer who has worked with the US National Security Agency (NSA). He said that a top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as AIDS victims, concluded that the H1N1 swine flu virus possesses certain transmission ‘vectors’ that suggest that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.
Fortunately, at the time of writing, no strain that virulent has been released and a fantastic Internet campaign over many months exposing the dangers of the vaccine has thwarted the swine flu scam with only a fraction of the predicted numbers agreeing to be vaccinated. This is such a sign of the awakening times as ever more people open their eyes to the world as it really is. The cabal will come back for another go, no doubt, either with a strengthened ‘swine flu’ or something else, and we must stand firm again and again – as many times as it takes.

The good news is she is still with us and is continuing her fight against Big Pharma. The bad news is word press is not beyond censoring an entire site. This may be the most relevant and important passage in the whole book.
We must not succumb to compulsory vaccination, because the individual and collective consequences are potentially catastrophic. Most will, of course, but there are ever increasing numbers who do have a mind they can call their own and do have a determination to stand for what they know to be right. Those people need to be harnessed and brought together in a mass refusal to bow to this tyranny that demands we concede to the State the control of our own bodies.
How justice has been destroyed. Common law vs Statute law. The law is not what you think it is.
Now there you have a big reason why Common Law was of little use to the Illuminati families. It changes over time, yes, but mostly not very quickly and sometimes very little, and people can even make their own Common Law. If you want to create a global prison camp in any realistic timescale, you need laws that you can introduce quickly and change at will to suit your requirements. You certainly don’t want people able to make their own laws. The Reptilian bloodlines usurped Common Law, what researchers call the ‘law of the land’, with Statute Law, the ‘law of the sea’. This is also called Maritime Law or Admiralty Law and Commercial Law, amongst other terms, and is widely known today in the United States as the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). It is based on Roman/Vatican Canon Law. Douglas J Whaley, a professor of law at Ohio State University, says there are two jurisdictions: the UCC and Common Law. The UCC is concerned solely with the sale of goods or the sale of leases of goods, he says, and goods must be ‘moveable’. They don’t have to move very far, but they must be able to be moved. This means that anything immovable, such as buildings, and all services, falls solely within the realm of Common Law, some researchers say. The Illuminati families took the laws of shipping and trade by sea and brought them ashore to be called Statute Law…
By its very nature, maritime law is commercial law, the law of contracts. These are the ‘laws’ introduced by governments and parliaments and they can sometimes do this in hours – perfect if you want to impose a slave state. When the Queen signs an Act of Parliament or the US President signs a bill into law they are simply signing a contract to make a contractual agreement… There was, however, a problem they had to address before they could override Common Law. It was that Common Law refers to the living, breathing human being while Statute Law is the law of commercial contracts between corporate entities. So the purveyors of Statute Law had to invent fake ‘persons’ – corporations – to which their ‘laws’ could be applied. This is the invented entity known as the ‘straw man’, a legal fiction, which researchers of this subject say is created using your name in all-capital letters, as in DAVID ICKE, and through other versions and means. Notice that when government, law enforcement, legal and financial agencies etc., communicate with you they invariably write your name in all-capital letters. This is because they are not writing to you, the living being, but to the fake ‘straw man’ that was created when you were born. The trick is to keep you believing throughout your life that, in my case, the living, breathing me and DAVID ICKE are the same thing. They are not…
I am telling you that until you understand the laws, the symbols, emblems and what these words mean, you are never going to suspect how far gone we really are. Did you know, for instance, that your birth certificate is a security on the stock exchange in the New York Stock Market? Did you know that? … On all birth certificates in this country … on the right-hand corner, you will always have a series of red numbers … those are a security number on the world stock exchange. Go to any good stock office and ask them to check these numbers in the computer and see what this stock is worth. They will check it on the New York Stock Exchange and find you. Your birth certificate is a stock on the stock exchange in America. Why? Because you are worth money to the international banks … we need to wake up. This is serious stuff…
As an article at usa-therepublic.com put it: When you enter a courtroom displaying a gold or yellow fringed flag, you have just entered into a foreign country, and you better have your passport with you, because you may not be coming back to the land of the free for a long time. The judge sitting under a gold or yellow fringe flag becomes the ‘captain’ or ‘master’ of that ship or enclave and he has absolute power to make the rules as he goes. The gold or yellow fringe flag is your warning that you are leaving your constitutionally secured rights on the floor outside the door to that courtroom…
Fortunately, the game is being uncovered and it is possible to disconnect from statute slavery if you know what you’re doing. This includes taxation and credit-debt which are also fictions of Statute Law. The wording of all communications with the State needs to be carefully constructed, not least your name. Accept that you are your name, or use prefixes like ‘Mr’, ‘Mrs’, ‘Miss’ or ‘Ms’, and Statute Law will prevail; but researchers say that if you use other wording you can cease to contract with Statute Law, the law of the sea. This leaves you subject only to Common Law, they say. Universities destroy knowledge
The last thing any would-be dictatorship wants is a truly informed and aware population. The less that people know the less trouble they are going to be for you. In those few words you have the reason (a) why the ‘education’ system was created in its current form, and (b) why it really does destroy knowledge, or at least suppress it. Knowledge cannot really be destroyed, but it can be kept from public awareness. The ‘education’ system and the laws that enforce it are perfect vehicles for indoctrinating children and young people from the earliest age to see the world in the way that suits the Reptilian agenda. ‘Education’ gives you the system’s version of reality – finance, politics, history, medicine, possibility, the whole caboodle. I have detailed in other books how the writing of history and other versions of official ‘truth’ were funded by
Illuminati families and organisations. This, together with the suppression and dismantling of the ancient and native accounts, has deleted the Reptilian ‘gods’ from mainstream history, along with evidence of their genetic manipulation of the human form. Teachers are like doctors and lawyers in that they go to teacher-training centres to be indoctrinated themselves after years of being indoctrinated already through the school, college and university machine. If the teachers conform to the demands of the system in how and what they teach they are rewarded with a job, usually for life, and they may even become a head teacher or university professor. Rock the boat with independent thought to encourage your students to question everything and, oh dear, bad career move. It is the same for the children and students who soon learn that if you tell the system what it wants to hear you get good marks and if you don’t, well, you don’t. Exams are not a test of intelligence, but of obedience to the status quo. My son, Jaymie, was told that if he challenged the official version of ‘global warming’ in his exam he would have no chance of passing. Conform … you know it makes sense.
Scientism, the belief that only mainstream science has the truth and anything else is blasphemy…The whole Darwinist nonsense, which takes the creator out of Creation, was carefully calculated to indoctrinate a mass perception of life with no purpose, one in which we are mere accidents of ‘evolution’ and life’s a bitch and then you die. It still dominates the collective mind of what is bravely called ‘science’.
One of the main aims of the ‘education’ system is to imprison people in the left side of the brain, the ‘serial processor’. This constructs reality in a sequence embedded with ‘time’, structure, and communication through language, as I have discussed. The left hemisphere, more than anything else, is responsible for constructing the version of reality that we experience today as ‘human life’.
Governments destroy Freedom
The first thing to know about governments is that they are not there to serve the interests of the people. They are structured with one thing in mind – control of the people. Once you understand that, everything else comes into focus, such as why governments constantly act in the interests of Big Banking, Big Business, Big Pharma, Big Biotech, and their associated organisations and personnel, and against the interests of the population. How would it be any other way when the same network that owns the ‘Bigs’ also owns the governments and any political party with any chance of forming a government?
There came a time when the people rebelled against rule by royal dictatorship and demanded a say in who ran their country. So the bloodlines began the process of replacing the overt royal dictatorships with one that had the appearance of freedom while being business as usual. Tyranny you could see was replaced with the much more effective tyranny that you can’t see, or most people can’t, anyway. The Illuminati’s worst nightmare was for people to be elected to government who were genuinely independent and had the best interests of the population at heart. Their solution was to introduce the concept of political parties and they created a structure which, through funding and organisation, gave those who did not join one of these parties virtually no hope of being elected to parliament and certainly not forming a government in association with other genuine independent people. You want to go into politics? Okay, pick a party. You might note that the word ‘structure’ keeps coming up. Structure is vital to the control of the many by the few. The formation of political parties produced the structure through which members of parliaments, and those at other levels of government – local and state – could be controlled. Instead of having to force their will upon hundreds of individuals, all they had to do was force it upon those who controlled the parties and they, in turn, would enforce it upon their members.
In Canada there was a new party formed in time for the 2018 election. The People’s Party of Canada (PPC; French: Parti populaire du Canada) was a federal political party in Canada. The party was formed by Maxime Bernier in September 2018, shortly after his resignation from the Conservative Party of Canada. They were able to find candidates for 94% of the ridings. But they only got 300,000 votes and no one was elected from this party to office. This indicates how difficult it is to start a new political party. In Canada we have two main parties and two smaller parties. Basically a two party system. Since we have a minority Liberal government the other parties could have united to vote against the lockdown. On April 9th Trudeau consulted with the premiers of the provinces via a conference call regarding the Emergencies Act that would initiate the lock down. The premiers unamiously agreed to it.

On April 10, the RCMP disclosed it has been asked to enforce the Quarantine Act, 2005. Penalties for violations can include a fine of up to $750,000 and imprisonment for six months.[63] One reporter said that the RCMP “could enter homes to enforce Quarantine Act orders if Canadians don’t self-isolate… [and] will do physical checks to enforce it.”[64] It was reported that the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command Medical Intelligence Cell (MEDINT) has submitted reports on the outbreak in Wuhan since January 2020.[65]
On April 11, Parliament re-convened to pass Bill C-14: COVID-19 Emergency Response Act, No. 2, and thereby adopt the CEWS. As with the previous siting on March 24, 35 MPs stood in for the full complement of 338 members due to the need for COVID-19 social distancing. Government briefing notes detailed “a bureaucracy reluctant to put inbound China passengers in mandatory quarantine or close borders to arrivals from other (COVID-19) hotspots.” Yves-François Blanchet supported Trudeau when he “raised health and safety concerns over holding regular meetings (in order) to respect physical distancing”.[66] All that was needed to debate and to pass the bill to spend $73 billion were five hours.[67]
There was no mention in this article if there was a vote on notifying the RCMP to enforce the Quarantee Act,2005. I feel that Canadians have been sold down the river by all the political parties and the premiers. They are all globalists. Yes, the government has provided financial aid for those people who have lost their jobs but now that they have to rely on the government for financial support do you think they will dare to refuse the vaccine? And where did the government get the 73 billion? They borrowed it, of course, but they aren’t revealing from who or what the terms are or how they will ever pay it back.

If you are going to control the people by manipulating their perceptions of reality, you clearly have to dictate the ‘information’ they receive. This makes control of the media and education utterly essential to any tyranny, and my goodness how they have achieved that. The global media, by design, constantly targets and activates the reptilian brain through its daily obsession with fear, sex and money to entrap people in emotional turmoil, fivesense desires and low levels of awareness. I was a journalist for years in newspapers, radio and television and if people could see what goes on in newsrooms around the world they would weep. Some of the most closed minds I have ever met have been journalists. Most are programmed with a desperately limited sense of reality which they are employed to transmit as ‘news’ to the masses. Journalists in general are extraordinarily uninformed about the world they claim to report, but, because they are called ‘journalists’, they think they must know what is going on. Ignorance and arrogance are a telling combination. As with everything, the global media is owned and controlled by fewer and fewer corporations, which, in the end, is one corporation, anyway. The owners (the bloodline families) appoint and control the editors, who appoint and control the journalists, who write what they are told to write.
Game Plan (5): ‘World’ Everything
I said many years ago that there would come a time when what had remained hidden through the centuries would have to break the surface where it could be seen. When you have been covertly planning to transform society into a global prison camp there must come that moment when you are so close to completion that people begin to see what is happening. The foundation of any tyranny is centralisation of power. The principle is always the same, whether in a family, where the father or mother dictates events, or in a global Orwellian State where the few enforce their will on everyone else. If you don’t centralise power and decision-making you cannot impose a dictatorship. This is why we have today what is called ‘globalisation’. It is the centralisation of power in all areas of our lives – government, banking, business, the media, the military, everything. I was saying from the early 1990s that this was the plan and now here we are with the centralisation of global power given its own name … ‘globalisation’.
Global Police Force
The Third World War is also planned to be the catalyst to introduce a world army, which, as I have been saying all these years, is designed to be an amalgamation of NATO, the United Nations ‘peacekeeping’ operation and other groupings like the army of the African Union, the proposed European Union army, and others. The plan is to have no national armies and the world government in control of the global military. The world army would be centrally commanded and operate at lower levels as the armies of the superstates stationed around the regions that are planned to replace nations. This would mean the centrally-controlled world military would be operating (dictating) at every level, from global to local community. It would be a planetary version of the military structure in Nazi Germany or China, both of which are blueprints for the global society the Reptilians and their hybrids have worked for so long to impose. We are talking a global police/military state that would rule the population with an iron fist.
The cities that are already defunding the police

“Defund the police” became a rallying cry for many people on the left almost overnight — but it’s also having a real impact as cities move quickly to slash their police department budgets.
Driving the news: In the aftermath of the protests over the killing of George Floyd, city leaders are calling to cut law enforcement budgets or reallocate funds in at least 19 U.S. cities, according to Local Progress, which pushes for racial and economic justice and is tracking the issue in real-time.
What’s happening: In Minneapolis, the Park and Recreation Board, the University of Minnesota, the public school system, and museums and venues have ended or limited their relationship with the police department, the Star Tribune reported.
- Last week, the Baltimore City Council approved a $22.4 million budget cut for the police department.
- The Portland City Council cut $15 million from its police budget earlier this month. $5 million of that would be put toward a new program that sends unarmed first responders to answer homelessness calls.
- Philadelphia cancelled a planned $19 million increase for the police department and shifted $14 million of the police budget elsewhere — including affordable housing.
- The city council in Hartford, Connecticut voted to cut or reallocate $2 million of its police budget.
- In Seattle, every department budget is being trimmed by around 10%, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan told Axios’ Dan Primack on the Re:Cap podcast. “We have to reallocate parts of the budget to take things out of the police department that shouldn’t be there … We have to rethink what remains in the police department,” Durkan said.
- Other cities where officials are calling for changes, according to Local Progress, include San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Oakland, Milwaukee, Denver, Durham, Winston-Salem, Chicago, New York City and D.C.
And when crime in these cities increase this will open the door for a UN police force to come in and restore order. The actions of these city councillors were influenced by the protests and the highly publicized death of George Floyd. Robot Army
The space weaponry, including lasers and other energy weapons, has been developed and installed behind cover stories like ‘Star Wars’ initiatives and satellite systems. It is paid for by what are called ‘black budgets’ that are kept off the official government balance sheets…It is overseen by the appalling Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This is the US Department of Defense agency officially responsible for the development of new military technology. In fact, it is far more than that and one of the most sinister organisations on Earth. The plan is also to create literally a robot army in which technology is used to kill and control people, directed by operators, joysticks in hand, at some secret and secure location nowhere near their target. We are seeing this already with the remotely-controlled ‘drone’ aircraft that are increasingly used for bombing raids and surveillance, but check around the Internet and you’ll see how remotely-controlled ‘robot troops’ and mobile weaponry are rapidly being developed.
Global Financial Crash
The global institutions and structures are to be imposed – including the world central bank and world currency – by engineering problems for which they can propose ‘solutions’. They want the world central bank to control all global finance and a single electronic currency (no cash) to replace all existing currencies. To do that they need extreme economic problems so they can suggest the solution of a world central bank and global currency…‘These ludicrous sums of borrowed ‘money’ (by governments) are the foundation of stage two in this three-stage plan to crash the economy so deeply that a world central bank can be presented as the ‘only solution’. Stage two is to ensure that governments reach the limits of their ability to respond to the economic crisis by fire-hosing borrowed money in all directions. When the bullets are shot and the barrels are empty, the bloodline families plan to further crash the economy in stage three. This will be unleashed at the point when it will have maximum impact and cause most suffering and chaos. They want people in such fear, stress and trauma that they will agree to any solution they are told would solve the problem. It is a psychological fact that when people are in fear and stress (reptilian brain) they are most open to suggestion.
Eventually, they want a single world currency which would be purely electronic. Look at how cash is being used less and less and how governments, financial institutions and the media are talking about the coming ‘cashless society’. In 2009, the National Irish Bank announced that it was no longer handling cash at its branches. It was not the first and eventually this will be the norm. Even cheques are being phased out. The mass use of credit cards is all part of this, of course, and everything was in place a long time ago. Whoever controls the computer system controls your life once cash is out of circulation. If you look beyond the apparent diversity and complexity, you can see the global structure emerging. The world government is planned to control the world central bank and this, in turn, would dictate to the central banks of the superstates.
How the Globalists Silence the Truth.
Totalitarian regimes, like the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, always dub those who challenge their tyranny as ‘psychotic’ and ‘crazy’ to justify their incarceration in psychiatric hospitals. Have no doubt that this current expression of the global dictatorship will seek to use the same technique.
The most extreme policy (so far) proposed to stop the truth coming out was delivered by Cass Sunstein (Rothschild Zionist), Director of the Office of Regulatory Affairs and a friend of Obama’s at Harvard, who has said that the Internet is a ‘threat to democracy’. Sunstein published a paper in January 2008 highlighting the need to break up ‘the hard core of extremists who supply conspiracy theories’ with ‘cognitive infiltration of extremist groups, whereby government agents or their allies (acting either virtually or in real space, and either openly or anonymously) will undermine the crippled epistemology [the nature of knowledge, its presuppositions and foundations, and its extent and validity] of believers by planting doubts about the theories.’ He made these proposals in a paper called ‘Conspiracy Theories’ in which he said … no, he really did … that a government ban on conspiracy theories or a tax of some kind on those who disseminate such information ‘will have a place under imaginable conditions’.
Microchipping the Masses
When I first wrote about the plan to microchip the global population it was thought by most people to be a wild exaggeration or science fiction nonsense. The very suggestion that we were heading for microchipped people was guaranteed to elicit guffaws and belly laughs. But not any more. Today it is happening. Microchipping babies at birth is the goal of the bloodline families to ensure that no-one comes into this reality in human form without being connected to the Reptilian computer network and the Global Positioning System (GPS) which is there to monitor everyone on the planet via satellite. The microchip will allow the population to be tracked every minute of their lives and there would never be a single second in a lifetime when the authorities would not know where you were. It is about more than just surveillance, however. Even most of those who are aware of the microchipping agenda think it’s all about surveillance, and on one level it is, but only by understanding the true nature of reality and the human body can the even more sinister aspects of the microchipping agenda be seen. The body is a biological computer and they want to implant the microchip to hijack its electrochemical systems, control every human being mentally, emotionally and physically and ‘tune’ them even more powerfully into the transmissions of the Moon Matrix. A dissident CIA scientist told me in 1997 how once a microchip is inside the body the person can be externally controlled via signals to the chip. They can be made to think, or not think, whatever the signals decide, and the same can be done with emotions. Microchipped people can be manipulated to be aggressive or submissive, sexually high or sexually suppressed, and made to feel extreme fear at the touch of a button or the click of a mouse. Then there is the little matter of having the ability to kill you from a distance via the chip if ever you make waves and refuse to be a good little slave…The truth is that if any company is talking openly about something coming ‘in the future’ it means such things have long existed in the secret projects and underground bases. I am sure that nano-microchips are part of the chemical and metallic mixture that is known today as chemtrails. We all see contrails, or condensation trails, that pour from the back of aircraft and disperse almost immediately. Chemtrails look the same at first, but they don’t disperse. They expand out across the sky and eventually dump their contents on the land and the people below… Chemtrails have been linked by some researchers, including myself, to the outbreak of ‘Morgellons disease’ .This was first identified in 2001, three years after the chemtrails appear to have begun, and its official cause is a ‘mystery’. Well, maybe it’s not. The symptoms include crawling, stinging and biting sensations; skin lesions that will not heal; extreme fatigue; severe mental confusion; short-term memory loss; joint pain; a sharp decline in vision; itching so bad that some victims consider suicide; and serious neurological disorders. The most striking symptoms, however, are lesions with coloured fibres growing out of them. The fibres can be pulled from the body with force, but this does not appear to stop their growth. We are looking at nanotechnology here which is able to grow and reproduce and I have no doubt it is coming from the sky in chemtrails. It is not just about someone inserting a microchip in your arm; it is also about breathing them in.
Game Plan (6): Assault on Freedom
The welfare of the people in particular has always been the alibi of tyrants, and it provides the further advantage of giving the servants of tyranny a good conscience –Albert Camus.
Cameras are also being installed that can ‘read’ your lips and body language and recognise your face. An Israeli company is even producing ‘mind-reading’ surveillance technology…Another development, straight from the pages of Orwell’s 1984, is cameras with speakers that allow operators to issue orders to people they are spying on…DNA is now taken as a matter of course when anyone is arrested and this is kept on file even if they are subsequently not charged or found to be innocent. The last figure I saw showed that nearly six million samples were being held and that’s growing by the hour. The European Court ruled that retaining the DNA of people arrested but not charged with a crime, or acquitted, was ‘disproportionate’ and the government reduced the period for holding the DNA of the innocent to six years – always expecting to change it back eventually. Confirmation that a DNA database is being created by stealth came with the revelation that police were arresting people specifically to get their DNA. The Human Genetics Commission, comprised of scientists and academics, found that the tactic was ‘routine’.
After reading about the Reptilian obsession with genetics, maybe people will now appreciate the real agenda behind this. It is not to ‘solve crime’ and ‘protect the people’, it to have access to everyone’s genetic code and their unique vibrational frequency. Once they have that they can specifically target an individual with vibrational technology tuned to their unique frequency.
There is another common theme across the world – encouraging the public to spy on each other for the State. This is precisely what happened in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. Janet Napolitano, Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary, told a gathering of the Council on Foreign Relations (how apt) that she intended to engage ‘ordinary’ people in ‘scouting’ activities against rising ‘home-grown terrorism’. The lie about ‘rising home-grown terrorism’ is simply a ploy to justify the use of terrorist laws against the general population. There is also the ‘WeTip’ scheme in the United States, one of many that encourages people to anonymously report each other to the authorities in return for cash – just as the Nazis did in the 1930s. Don’t worry, though, it’s only there to ensure ‘A Safer America’. I mean, how sinister must WeTip be when it is endorsed by the Bushes, Bill Clinton, and California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger? Matthew Falconer, a candidate for Mayor of Orange County in Florida, described the agenda very well when he said he would establish a 1,000-strong spy force of young people to cruisepatrol communities on bikesreporting suspicious behavior to uniformed supervisors via radio. Obama wants something like this across the country, or what he calls a ‘national civilian security force’ that would be ‘just as powerful, just as strong, just as wellfunded’ as the US military.
As David Rockefeller said at the United Nations in 1994: ‘We are on the verge of a global transformation; all we need is the right major crisis.’ In January 2010, Obama signed the undebated Executive Order 13528 to establish a ‘Council of Governors’, an ‘advisory panel’ of ten state governors (appointed by Obama) that will speed the ‘synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States’ and expand military involvement in domestic law enforcement. The move is designed to allow the federal government to seize control of state National Guard troops during a ‘national emergency’. This would put National Guard units under the control of United States Northern Command – the organisation set up precisely to impose domestic ‘law enforcement’ by the military in America.
At the centre of all this in the United States is an organisation called the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which is supposed to be a rapid-response system in the wake of hurricanes and suchlike. This, however, is only the cover story. The real reason for FEMA’s existence is to create and administer the control networks, including concentration camps, in preparation for the military takeover when ‘dissidents’ who refuse to conform are due to be rounded up and killed. The Washington Post reported in 2006 that the National Counterterrorism Center held the names of 325,000 ‘terrorist suspects’, four times more than in 2003. Imagine what it must be now. These will include people like me, anti-war protestors and anyone who would challenge what they call the New World Order.
My intention was to provide in a ‘nutshell’ a review and summary of Icke’s book. Now the ‘nutshell’ is the size of a Chev Volt. I have two excuses for this excessive verbage. One is that it’s a long book, 1270 pages in the Kindle edition which mysteriously is not available for purchase on Amazon today. (Aug 29th). Secondly there’s so much good information in it that I want to share with you and I feel that once I drop a bomb on you like the moon is a spacecraft I have provide at least a little of the evidence that Icke uses to back his claim. He always has much more evidence to back all his claims than I pass on to you.
So there will be a David Icke 5. And I prominse this will be the final installment of my review of this phenomenal book, Human Race Get Off Your Knees: The Lion Sleeps No More.
